Crawling out of the impact of CV-19, restaurants in Alameda County are finally allowed to serve food to clients outdoors and following all health guidelines. Crogan’s Restaurant at the corner of LaSalle and Moraga has boldly marked their territory and began graciously greeting their guest with al fresco dining in the street - Where there is a will there is a way! Stop by and give them some business.

High atop the hills of Tilden Park sits a serene sanctuary known as the Rotary Peace Grove. This section of the park was donated to Berkeley Rotary in 1955 when they began planting redwood trees. Each year, a different tree is dedicated to a leader in world peace and bronze plaques are displayed with the honorees' names at the base of each tree.
